How to Get Started

Getting started with our coaching program is simple and designed to set you up for success:

  1. Fill out a short intake form. Tell us a bit about your organization, your biggest challenge, and what you’ve tried so far. This helps us shape the conversation and focus on what matters most to your team.

  2. Review your invoice and confirm your spot. Once we receive your form, we’ll send you an invoice for the coaching program. You can take your time to review it, there’s no rush or obligation.

  3. Book your coaching sessions. After payment, you’ll schedule three 60-minute Zoom sessions at your convenience. Each one focuses on the challenge you’ve identified, with practical steps you can act on right away.

  4. Get clear action steps after each session. We’ll send you a short summary with next steps after every session, so you can keep moving forward between calls.

  5. Receive long-term recommendations. After your final session, we’ll send you personalized suggestions to help your team stay on track and build on your progress.

What’s Included

The coaching program is $1,650 + tax. That includes three 60-minute sessions, preparation time for us to understand your team’s goals, and a set of personalized recommendations to help you keep making progress after the sessions are done.
